How it Works
During their first term of up to 6 months, Amazon employees may ask for a leave of absence owing to a personal crisis, a family necessity, or health-related issues.
To request reconsideration, provide documentation that shows your leave is for a covered reason.
Within the next three (3) business days from the date of this email, visit the Disability.

Eligibility
We understand that people need to take time off work for a number of reasons. In general, leaves of absence are available to eligible employees for time off due to a qualifying medical condition or that of a qualified family member.

- Amazon Sortation Centers offer jobs with flexible time off that allow you to take a break when you head back to class.
- Permanent part-time blue badge associates will have the opportunity to request a leave of absence.
